The first step in what will become a huge creative endeavor for me...the "Code Leo-ko" project. (Yes, I'm sticking with that horrible pun. XD; )

And that first step is...character sheets!

This way I'll be able to get their basic colors set down (and any of you who want to draw them have half-decent references now ).

If Odd's my favorite design-wise then Aelita is definitely my second favorite. Her colors took me forever to get right though.

She's also highly unusual color-wise (even if this is her Lyoko appearance...which is honestly not that different from her real world appearance ). Granted, she doesn't stand out quite as much as Odd does, I think, but...

I do like her colors though, and I was really happy to finally pin them down. With her combinations of red and yellow-green (referenced from her S1-S3 Lyoko outfit), the colors kept clashing something awful...but I think I finally hit a nice mix.

As I mentioned before this is technically her Lyoko look, but as also said before, her real world one is not that much different. She simply loses the marks under her eyes and the earring. I debated having her real world and Lyoko forms be drastically different but, I had enough trouble pinning these colors down and none of the combinations of pure pink I tried out looked nice so...I'm going to stick with this. ^^

Similar to Odd, her powers and abilities in Lyoko remain the same. She keeps her "Synthesization" powers, and later gains the "Energy Field" weapon and "Flight" ability. ^.^

Her personality and storyline are kept the same relatively as well (with the exception, I suppose, of the "MIBs", however I might have a better substitution for them anyway: poachers ). She's still bubbly, cheerful, out-going...and occasionally stubborn. But that's what we love about her though, right? ^_^
