The first step in what will become a huge creative endeavor for me...the "Code Leo-ko" project. (Yes, I'm sticking with that horrible pun. XD; )

And that first step is...character sheets!

This way I'll be able to get their basic colors set down (and any of you who want to draw them have half-decent references now ).

So...without further ado, my second favorite character, Yumi Ishiyama!

Granted she might look a tad bit more like a panther, then a lion with those colors, but that's just because she's unique like that (if you're looking for realistic lion colors...you really won't find them with these guys XD; ). I debated on putting some red on her (in honor of her Lyoko form), but I decided to save those colors for other similarly colored characters like William and Sam.

Anyway though, this is her real world look. Like with Ulrich and the others, there really won't be much of a change to her appearance in Lyoko (it makes things a little easier on me design-wise, especially since they don't wear outfits as lions ).

Lyoko powers and weaponry-wise, her telekinesis powers remain unchanged, as do most of her agility and gymnast-like abilities (although she might not do quite as much flipping *snickers* ). Translating her fans into something more "nature"-based was a slight challenge but I think I'm going to have her be able to slash out small energy waves from her claws that can also boomerang like her fans could (not the same as William's larger energy waves nor even Aelita's energy field). You'd probably have to see her using them to get what I mean but...I think this is a good solution to the "fan" dilemma.

Her personality and back-story also aren't changed much, although I have changed her from being a "day-student" (although none of them are technically "students" anymore) to just being a lioness who lives with her family on the outskirts of the Kadic Pride. Her personality is completely unchanged though. She's still her same fiery, determined and courageous self...and her relations with the others (particularly Ulrich) are the same.
