Forest of Light

Code Lyoko. Gosh, I love that show. Anyway, this picture of Ulrich and Yumi I did last year, for another CL fan's contest. Mildly inspired by "Frontier", one of my favorite CL episodes.

Ulrich's hilarious in that episode...lots of irony too. One of his plans finally works but...kissing Sissi was just not a good idea, even if it did work. Watching him run for his life after Yumi finally catches on to what he did...priceless. ^_^

Anyway, I thought I'd just draw him attempting, once again, to get her to hear him out. Yumi didn't come out as well as I would have liked but, oh well. I tried to create shafts of sunlight in the background though I'm not entirely sure that came out well either. Ah well, it's cute right? ^_^
